Drawing on 20-plus years of experience in theatre and as a yoga and fitness instructor, we will co-create a unique therapeutic process that examines your motivation and formulates meaningful goals. My style is deeply collaborative because I believe the solutions you are looking for are already embedded in your story. Together, we will unravel that story and release the wisdom you’ve accumulated through your experiences.
