Trained as a clinical social worker and drawing on over 20 years of experience as a yoga instructor and health educator, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that respects your unique emotional and cognitive needs. I tailor treatment goals to your presenting issues and inherent strengths using a psychodynamic, relational approach and I often incorporate CBT skills and mindfulness practices into our work together.
