I understand that life can be tough and it’s common to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to handle life’s stressors and challenges. Therapy can be a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make positive changes in your life. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety (including perfectionist tendencies), depression, challenging family dynamics, and interpersonal relationships.


I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable and supported as we work together to understand your patterns and find ways to move forward. I offer feedback and ask plenty of questions with the intention of furthering our understanding of who you are. I use a primarily collaborative and psychodynamic approach, incorporating other therapeutic styles as needed, such as CBT, mindfulness, and IFS, in a way that will continue to help you make progress.
