Together we will unravel that story and release the wisdom you’ve accumulated through your experiences. Using insight-oriented practices such as mindfulness and CBT tools we can work to bring the whole self into focus and to heal.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in theater and as a yoga and fitness instructor, we will co-create a unique therapeutic process that examines your motivation and formulates meaningful goals. With enhanced awareness of mind, body, and spirit, you can be free to cultivate deeper, more satisfying relationships, navigate life transitions with purpose and find inspiration in more aspects of your life.
