Drawing on over 20 years of experience as a yoga instructor and health educator, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that respects your unique emotional and cognitive needs. I tailor treatment goals to your presenting issues and inherent strengths using a psychodynamic, relational approach that incorporates CBT skills and mindfulness practices into our work.
I enjoy working with both individuals as well as couples on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship stress, and body image concerns.
