THERAPIST

As your therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, caring space where together we can explore your goals and how to make them reality. I strongly believe in the importance of mental health and how it affects our lives. I seek to support and challenge you and to help expand your ways of thinking as I believe that personal growth and transformation often occur when we step outside of our comfort zones and explore new perspectives. I will actively and compassionately work with you to help you consider alternative viewpoints, question your assumptions, and expand your options. By doing so, I aim to help you access your inner world and live with more awareness, intention, and meaning.

I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, and I have received training in Family and Couples Therapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and groups dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and significant life transitions. I draw from psychodynamic, CBT, somatic, and relational therapies, among others, and tailor treatment to your needs and goals.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I value your active participation in your own growth and healing. Together, we will navigate your journey of self-discovery and work towards achieving your desired outcomes.

I offer sessions in both English and Hebrew.
